I give my full and complete permission, without compensation or limitation, to Home Partners Holdings LLC and its affiliates and licensees ("Home Partners"), to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, perform, display, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit (i) any testimonials or other statements, photos, videos or other content from or of me regarding my experience or relationship with Home Partners, including my name, image, likeness, or voice (collectively, "Testimonial"), and any material created or provided by me, including, without limitation, photos and videos, in connection with the capture or recording of my Testimonial or the Testimonial of others ("Content"), worldwide and in any medium (including print, electronic, or online) for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes. This consent is granted for an unlimited time and is irrevocable. I understand and agree that my Testimonial and Content may be used with or without identifying me. I consent to Home Partners editing my Testimonial(s) and Content if necessary, including to correct grammar or adjust length. I represent that any Testimonial I have provided reflects my honest opinion of Home Partners based on my own personal experience. I understand that Home Partners is under no obligation to actually use any Testimonial or Content I have provided and that, should Home Partners elect to use my Testimonial or Content, I will not have the opportunity to review or approve such use.

I represent that I own all rights in and to the Content and that Home Partners use of the Content in accordance with this Consent and Release will not violate the rights of any third party. In the event that any photo(s), video(s) or other content appear in my Testimonial or my Content, I represent that I created the photo(s), video(s) and/or other content myself and am the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in it. I represent that I am the only person who is shown, heard, or identified in the photo, video or other content, or if any other person is shown, heard, or identified, either (a) I am the parent or legal guardian of such person and I consent to Home Partners' use of his/her name, image, voice, or likeness in accordance with the terms of this Consent and Release; (b) such person has also agreed to this Consent and Release and has given their permission to both Home Partners and I to use their name, image, voice and likeness in the photo, video or other content without any restriction or compensation of any kind.

I confirm that I am at least eighteen years of age and the age of majority in my jurisdiction of residence, and competent to contract in my own name. I agree that Home Partners may freely assign or sublicense the rights I am granting it under this Consent and Release. I have read this Consent and Release before submitting my Testimonial and confirm that I fully understand its contents.
