Meaningful Work
Our Lease Purchase and Choice Lease® programs increase access to affordable, high-quality single-family homes for more people. Approved applicants work with a real estate agent to choose an eligible home listed for sale. We buy the home and lease it to the resident, giving them the option to rent, buy, or walk away without penalty. The choice, flexibility, and transparency of our Right to Purchase programs empower residents to pave their way to homeownership.
